Cancellation Policy:

There are no refunds or exchanges on bakery products, specialty cakes, desserts, and food orders.
Standard Orders: 48-hour notice is required in writing.
Holiday Orders: 14-day notice is required in writing.
Custom Cake, Wedding Cake Orders: require a ten-day notice in writing.
