For specialty cake, specialty dessert, and custom cake orders, we need a minimum 72-hour advance notice
There are no refunds or exchanges on bakery products, specialty cakes, and dessert orders. Standard Order Cancellation policy: 48hrs notice is required in writing. Holiday Order Cancellation policy: 14 day notice is required in writing. Custom Cakes and Wedding Cakes require ten days notice in writing.
